Welcome to Pro Body Therapy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Pro Body Therapy provides massage and wellness services, including but not limited to therapeutic massage, sports massage, Thai massage, deep tissue, cupping, and corporate chair massage.
All services are provided by appointment only and performed by certified massage therapists.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Sessions must be booked online, by phone, or through our booking partners (such as Fresha or ClassPass).

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.

  • Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the session fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to accommodate the next client.

3. Payment & Promotions

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payments.

  • Promotional offers (including first-time discounts) are valid once per new client and cannot be combined with other discounts or packages.

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to your session.

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care and should not be used to diagnose or treat any illness.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client’s condition is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for massage.

5. Professional Conduct

  • Pro Body Therapy maintains a professional and therapeutic environment.

  • Any inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to permanent denial of services.

6. Corporate & On-Site Services

For corporate wellness programs and on-site chair massage events:

  • A signed service agreement may be required.

  • Travel fees may apply depending on location.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled events may result in a partial or full charge.

7. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

  • All packages expire 12 months from the purchase date unless stated otherwise.

8. Liability Disclaimer

By receiving massage therapy or participating in any service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved.
Pro Body Therapy and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our services, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or services is used solely for scheduling, communication, and internal records.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver our services (e.g., online booking systems).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following changes means you accept the revised terms.
